Refund Policy

We believe in providing clear, fair, and transparent refund policies for all our customers.

1. Refund Eligibility

✔ Service Issues:
If RentCpanel.com fails to resolve any service-related or support-related issues, clients are eligible for a refund.
However, refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service activation. After 7 days, refund requests will not be accepted.

✔ Domain Registrations:

  • Once a domain is registered, it is non-refundable.

  • If a domain transfer process has been initiated, it is also non-refundable.

✔ VPS and Dedicated Servers:

  • VPS and Dedicated Server services are completely non-refundable.

✔ Reseller Hosting:

  • Reseller hosting packages do not come with a money-back guarantee.

✔ Violation of Terms of Service:

  • If your service is cancelled, suspended, or terminated due to violating our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.

✔ Account Credit:

  • Funds added to your RentCpanel.com account are non-refundable, but can be used for purchasing other services.

2. Cancellation Procedure

To cancel a service and request a refund, you must:

  • Log in to your Client Area.

  • Select the service you want to cancel.

  • Click on Request Cancellation and fill out the cancellation form.

  • Submit the form for processing.

Cancellation Options:

  • Immediate Cancellation: Your service will be deleted within 1 to 24 hours.

  • End of Billing Period: Your service will remain active until the billing period ends, and will be automatically canceled. (Refunds are not applicable for this option.)

⚠️ Cancellation requests submitted outside the Client Area will not be accepted.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • After submitting your cancellation and refund request, open a Billing Support Ticket.

  • Refunds may take 1 to 15 business days to process, depending on the payment gateway.

  • Transaction fees, sending charges, or gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Refunds from Account Credit Balance

If you request a refund from your Account Credit Balance, mention it clearly in the support ticket.
In such cases, refunds are usually processed within 1 minute to 1 hour.
