If Rentcapnel is unable to resolve a technical issue or provide the required support, the client may request a refund. However, refund requests submitted after 7 days from the service activation date will not be accepted.
Once a domain name has been successfully registered, it is non-refundable. Likewise, if a domain transfer process has been initiated, it is also non-refundable.
VPS and Dedicated Server services are completely non-refundable.
Reseller Hosting does not include any money-back guarantee.
If any service is canceled, suspended, or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Funds added to a client's account as Account Credit are non-refundable, but they can be used to purchase any other service from Rentcapnel.
Cancellation requests submitted outside the Client Area will not be accepted.
Once a cancellation request has been submitted, the account or service cannot be reactivated. A new hosting package must be purchased if the client wishes to use the service again.
To cancel a service, clients must submit a Request Cancellation through the Client Area.
Navigate to the service you wish to cancel, click the Cancellation icon, select Request Cancellation, complete the required form, and submit your request.
Immediate Cancellation
Your hosting package will be permanently deleted within 1–24 hours after the cancellation request is processed.
End of Billing Period
Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will then be canceled automatically.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for the End of Billing Period cancellation option.
After submitting the cancellation request, please open a Billing Department support ticket to initiate the refund process.
Refund processing may take 1 to 15 business days, depending on the payment gateway. Any applicable transaction fees, payment gateway charges, sending fees, or cash-out fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If you wish to receive a refund from your Rentcapnel Account Credit Balance, please mention it in your billing ticket. Account credit refunds are typically processed within 1 minute to 1 hour.
