It is expressly forbidden to send commercial emails automatically of any kind. With our virtual private server hosting, RentCpanel has a zero-tolerance policy regarding email abuse. Any abuse of any kind will lead to an instant termination without a refund. Please make sure you don't need to schedule our VPS hosting service for email marketing, and make sure your VPS is sufficiently secured.
4. Pornographic Material:Adult content is permitted as long as it complies with all applicable laws in the United States and the customer's home country. RentCpanel alone, and no one else's, shall determine what constitutes appropriate sexual content on our servers.
5. Internet Relay Chat:The RentCpanel network allows IRC. Please let our staff know if you want to run an IRC server when you join up, as these computers need specific care. unlawful activity is not allowed on IRC, as it is not allowed on any of our servers. RentCpanel reserves the right to suspend accounts without providing a refund if it appears that unlawful activity is being done. In such a case, RentCpanel retains the right to investigate whether or not there is illicit activity taking place.

Refund Policy:

1. Shared and Reseller Hosting:

   The refund policy is applicable for shared hosting, user can take refund without giving any reason within 7-10 days if desired, refund request will not be accepted after 7 days.

   Refunds are only available to new accounts. You won't be qualified for a refund, for instance, if you previously had an account with us, cancelled it, and then signed up again, or if you started another account with us.

   You must discontinue your service using our client dashboard and start or file a ticket with our billing department from our client dashboard if you would like a refund. Within the next seven working days, we will process your refund. Please be aware that there are no refunds for gateway or bKash fees. Therefore, the gateway fee will be subtracted from the total amount. We will also deduct the send money fee from your bkash if you are requesting a refund in that manner. 2. VPS Hosting:

4. SSL certificate:

   If you change your mind or are not happy with your SSL certificate we will make a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of purchase. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund.    No refunds are provided for Web Design services under any circumstances.

8. Other Services that not applicable for refund:

   Your account's credit is non-refundable and can only be used for new purchases and renewals. There are no refunds for setup costs.
